Shenyang Zhongchen Chemical Technology Development Co., Ltd was established in 1988. It was combined by former Shenyang Liaofa Chemical raw material Distribution Company and Shenyang Liaofa exquisite Chemical works. We have two manufacturing plants, one is in Jinzhou City, and the other is in Liaozhong town of Liaoning province.  We owe the rights of self-managed import and export in 2010, we concentrate our attention on the development, manufacture and marketing of chemical raw material, lubricating oil and additives.
We are adhering the philosophy of sincere, faith and quality-oriented, tries to build a harmony and endeavor enterprise culture. At the same time, we always remember the social responsibility. The mission and the social responsibility makes us concern on environmental protection and efficient chemical material. We are trying to introduce advanced products and technology into China, and commit to popularize Chinese chemical raw material, lubricating oil and machinery parts to the world market.
