Tangshan Kerun Chemicals Co.,Ltd. is renewed from the original Tangshan Fengrun Petroleum Resin Factory and Tangshan Fengrun New Star Petroleum Resin Factory and it has been a large private company producing the petroleum resin products after three years’ development.The company occupies an area of about ten hectares with construction area of 4217 square meters.With Ms.Xin Lu as its legal representative,the registered capital of the company is 10 million RMB yuan and up to Oct. 2007 the company has total assets of 47.85 million RMB yuan, of which the fixed assets 21.32 million RMB yuan,circulating assets 21.52 million RMB yuan and net assets is 42.84 million RMB yuan at present.The total employees in the company are 137 personnel of whom 90% is senior management talents and scholars with bachelor degrees.
