Zhejiang Medicines and Health Products Import and Export Co. ltd (hereinafter briefly called ZMC) is a professional foreign trade company at provincial level, founded in June, 1999 on the basis of former Zhejiang Medicines and Health products Import and Export Corporation restructured as a unit. ZMC belongs to Zhejiang International Business Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter briefly called ZIB), which is the major shareholder of ZMC and controlled in fact by Zhejiang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
