Our manufacturing base covers more than 33000 square meters, we mainly produce gum base, polyvinyl acetate (PVAC) and Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) now.
Our company has obtained cetifications of ISO9001-2000, HACCP and GMP. Right now we are in the process becoming a supplier of Wrigley, which will make us more competitive in the future.
We produce PVAC by expired and open patent from USA, but now using new technology and new equipments which improved by Germany, so the quality is better.
We, Jiangsu Yinyang Gum Base Co Ltd, started PVAC production and application five years ago, using old technology. After joint-venture last year imported new technology and advanced equipments were used, so our output was increased and quality is improved also.
We are the only one manufacturer who can produce Granule form PVAC, including the grades of high, middle and low molecular weight.
Granule form PVAC is clear crystal without impurity, it is not produced by crush method and do not contain metal scrap particles. Because its small particles and good dispersion, so it is easy for adding in production and save energy
Because we also use PVAC for our gum base production, so we have many research achievements in its technical applications, as the result, the quality becomes more perfect and the price is also more competitive.
