Xi'an Xinlong Machine Casting Co., Ltd. was established in 1993. It is 30km away from Xi'an that located in the west of the airport in Huxian County. The transportation is convenient with 35km minutes distance from Xi'an Xian yang international airport. Xi'an Xinlong Machine Casting Co., Ltd. is a private company with right to engage in export trading. It is specializing in the production of cast iron, ductile iron,and steel casting. We also developed accessories such as casting parts for foreign automobiles, industrial parts, nonferrous metal parts (aluminum, copper and stainless steel), and weldment.Our main products include iron thermocouple production tube that use for aluminum smelting and temperature measurement, flux pipe, riser tube, aluminum ingot mold, dross pan & sow mold etc. More than 30 varieties of products are sold to countries around the world. And the company is the only one that able to produce the longest iron thermocouple production tube (108"). Because of over 80% of products are exported to countries, the company has rich experience for drawing analyzing, machining and quality detecting. Therefore we gained confidence from our users and our annual demand is increased year by year.In order to build up a solid foundation for processing of large casting and precise machinery in the future, Xinlong Company became a shareholder of Jiangsu Dafeng city large Casting Machinery Manufacturing Company in 2016. Until present, the company has fixed assets of RMB 16 Million and about 210 emplyees. It is equipped with 5 sets of intermediate frequency smelting furnace, 2 sets of heat treatment resistance furnace, a set of large automatic sand preparing machine, 4 sets of large shot blasting equipment, a set of salt bath furnace, 15 sets of mechanization molding unit, 12 sets of lifting cranes and over 60 sets of CNC machining equipment (such as lathe, drill, and planer). It also has modern enamel workshop, chemical/physics, sand molding laboratories.In addition, the Company hires professor Yuan Sen from Xi'an university of Technology as the technical consultant for long term , and 18 seniors engineers and technicians to insure the production and quality control.In 2004, the company passed the certificate of ISO9001-2000 international quality system.
