Imagene Co., Ltd. was established by a group of scientists and venture funds in 1997 (Seoul, Korea).

Imagene is in full operation since 1997 and has raised US$ 3 millions through two rounds of placement to-date for its R & D.

Imagene is one of the more progressive biotechnology companies in South Korea.

Imagene is specialized in the development and commercialization of novel products and technologies for the treatment of cancer and infectious disease and recently, Imagene expands its business area to chemistry custom services after merging chirotechnology company ChemBioNex Co., Ltd. in 2003.

Imagene is located at Biotech Incubating Center, "Golden Helix" in Seoul National University, where the company use the best infrastructure for the research, and entitled to have the good opportunities of the research collaboration with prestigious professors in Korea biotech society.
