In Dec. 1995, Zhitian mould moved to Zhongshan City, primarily for business expansion, to make the bigger size stamping dies of 800 Tons press machine , and biggest hydraulic deep darwing die of 4000 Tons hydraulic .The new factory now covers an area of over 4000 square meters,with many advanced facilities such as Lathe, Miller, Driller and Grinders, WEDM machines,CNC(up to 3.3 meters), 2D projector and three-coordinates measuring machine(CMM) etc. Moreover, Zhitian has the tryout presses ranged from 45 Tons, 200 Tons, 400 Tons to 800 Tons and hydraulic ranged from 160 Tons, 400Tons,800Tons,1000 Tons ,2000Tons .After 40 years of continuous development, ZhiTian Mould formed a complete stamping dies designing & production workflow. We are good at making both progressive dies and transfer dies up to 4 meters in length and hydraulic forming tool to 2.5 meters. also we can make small precision stamping tools of 45 Tons press. More the 80% of our stamping dies are exported to Europe and America. Now Zhitian has 300 employees and 3 factory In Guangdong Province, among them there are 50 senior engineers who are skilled in using the software such as Catia, Autoform, Danyform, Visi and press CAD for Stamping Die simulation and design. August 2000,shenzhen zhitina mould move to dongguan,dongguan zhitina mould won the stamping dies and stamping parts orders more than 60,000,000rmb, and 400T punch press had been set up in the end of month,capable to more big-size stamping parts and stamping dies..October 2006 zhitianmould has established its own cafeteria and provide nutritive meals for all of employees.The 8 Tons Travelling Crane had been set up in the same month, for lifting metal stamping dies.------
