We only allow positive feedback, and all feedback is manually approved by our administrators. Our system also only allows one feedback per business per person. We took the decision to only allow positive feedback as there are plenty of sites which have a negative theme, and we want to hear about your positive experiences, and those businesses and tradesmen that stand out from the crowd. If we have repeated negative feedback for a business, we will take steps to remove them from our database, but the primary purpose of our review system is to hear your word of mouth recommendation.
