Established in 1947, the year of Indian independence, Liberty Dyes began its corporate journey as a humble trading house to fulfill the needs of a country striving to be self-reliant.

Growth in the textile segment, especially due to the emergence of Mumbai-based mills, led the founder Shri Vishnulal Goswami to establish a small warehouse in the Vadgadi area of Central Mumbai to supply textile dyes & auxiliaries.
