1962 * Asahi Denka Kogyo K.K., renamed into ADEKA CORPORATION in 2006, and Asahi Glass CO.,LTD Started R&D on Allylchloride and Epichlorohydrin as a cooperative business.
1966Epichlorohydrin plant was erected.
1968Kashima Chemical was founded as a joint venture of above two companies.
1970 Production was started.

Epichlorohydrine : 24,000mt/y
1998Allylchloride : Increased to 54,000mt/y
