Longbow First Aid Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, and is located at the Hantian Industrial Park in Foshan City. It is only 10 kilometres from Guangzhou and is noted for its pollution-free environment and convenient transportation.Our products include surgical and first-aid kits, adhesive plasters, sterile dressings, instant hot/cold packs, bandages, antiseptic solutions, cleansing wipes, non-woven dressings, disposable sterile washing solutions and more. We possess five national patents and a national invention patent for our sterile washing solution. We can supply our clients with both standard and OEM/ODM products. Our products have been marketed and sold in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, in every case receiving a high degree of approval and commendation both abroad and within China.We have a standard decontaminated workshop with 2000 square metres in size, including two Class 100,000 clean rooms, a Class 10,000 clean room, and a Class 10,000 aseptic biochemical checkout room. Based upon our long term strategic plan, our workshops have been constructed on the basis of the GMP for pharmaceutical and medical products. Our production capacity includes: 200 million units for adhesive plasters and dressings; 3 million units for assorted first aid kits; a purification and sterile solution capacity for an annual output of 50 million units; instant hot/cold pack production of 1 million units; and sterile plastic injection and molding capacity for splinter probes, syringes, and similar equipment of up to 100 million units. In addition, we have extensive production capability for various bandages, gauze, nonwoven dressings, CPR face shields, emergency blankets, wound cleansing and antiseptic wipes and so on.We operate under stringent principles of production and quality, with all workers trained under GMP requirements. Stock handling and QC staff possesses National Vocational Qualifications overseen by the government. Since 2006, we have passed ISO13485 certification, as well as CE & FDA certifications. We also possess a processing trade manual enabling duty tax free import of some medicines, medical products and other related products from our clients, which provides additional convenience in OEM product production.Additionally, we also have our own production capability for first-aid and medical transport bags. Our experienced and professional designers can produce products independently and customized to the needs of our clients, and our skilled workers can ensure quality products at a production rate of up to 1 million units.Our large scale plastic molding workshop can also produce a wide range of first-aid boxes. We have a professional engineer skilled in the design and development of new units and we can supply 3D drawings to match client requirements.
