CPP GLOBAL (ASIA)LTD was founded in 1988 and located at 72 Le Chong Avenue, San Bu, Kaiping, Guangdong, China. It belongs to CPP Global Group of USA. Our company provides product design, development, and manufacturing service of cosmetic packing products. The facility is approximately 30,000 square meters in total which includes 15,000 square meters of production and a 3,000 square meter dormitory. We have 50 injection molding machines, 2 vacuum metalizing production lines, and 2 painting lines. In addition we have several fully-automated capping machines, several fully-automated silk screen machines, and more than 10 final assembly production lines. On-site we have a fully operational tooling/engineering department for tooling design, tool building, and manufacturing requirements. Our production output exceeds 5000 tons of plastic each year for cosmetic compacts, jars, and metal over shell caps, etc. We are also ISO-9001 certified as of 2008.Our design and development team is located in Ronkonkoma, New York, USA with well over 20 years design and development experience. We are currently producing products with Estee Lauder, L'Oreal, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Avon, and Others with many new and unique designs changing rapidly.
