Hangzhou Green-Valley Rubber Products Co., Ltd is a very young company, it is established by Jenny Yu in 2007 in Hangzhou, China. With the support of our customers and professional workforce, we have been growing rapidly and become a leading manufacturer of rubber flooring in China. In the beginning, we only produce 50x50cm rubber tiles for children playground. After received very good feedback and reputation, we keep developing new products like 200x160mm bone shape tiles, 1mx1m tiles, interlocking tiles, etc. In 2009, a new rubber roll production line was put into use. With many times of trying out, failure, we got the best recipe, production technology and raw materials. Since then, our rubber rolls have been used widely in both domestic and overseas market. Until now, we have over 30 different size & styles rubber flooring products including 50x50cm tiles, brick tiles, equine mats, tactile tiles, rubber rolls, interlocking mats, etc. Production capability reach 70,000 square per month. They are used in: children playground, fitness center, running track, underlayment, municipal project, park, patio, sport court, shooting range, etc. All of our products pass CE, EN71, EN1177, EN14041, PAHs, REACH, ISO, etc certification. They are exported to UK, Germany, Finland, Spain, Poland, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Japan, Australia, USA, Canada, Colombia, etc over 40 countries. We are happy that we can do something to protect our environment by collecting waste car tyres rubber and turn them into useful and recyclable rubber flooring.
