Our factory is located at Jiashan, Zhejiang Provice which is neighborhood of Shanghai, Covering an area 9000 square meters with built up area of 7000 square meters.We has its own packing department and warehouse with a capacity to store more than 500 tons of screws, and more than 250 units of different imported automatic production machines and inspection equipments. The raw material that is used by us is imported from overseas as well as from the domestic steel factories.Furthermore, Jiashan Donghe is producing all kinds of high quality products such as drywall screws, chipboard screws, self tapping screws, self drilling screws, stainless screws, bolts and other off-stantard screws, which are according to GB, ANSI,DIN, ASME,UNI,JIS,NF AND ISO standards with yearly production outpt of 800 metric tons.Jiashan Donghe is using the ERP to control the production process line and has set up research & development centre, for continue innovation and to meet the requirements of customers.Our factory has more than 100 staff. We have our own inspection department, and development department. We can provide all the test report of each process, such as heat treatment test report, plating test report. And we will keep all the inspection reports which we are doing every 2 hours for 2 years.Jiashan Donghe has implemented the quality control system and obtained ISO9001 certificate.Our products are widly used in many local industries and major government projects, as well as selling to USA, South America, Asia and Euro-market.
