Ameron International Appoints Richard Mueller President of Water Transmission Group

PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 21, 2009--Ameron International Corporation (NYSE: AMN) today announced the appointment of Richard I. Mueller as Group President of the Water Transmission Group effective January 19, 2009. In his new position, Mueller will report to Gary Wagner, Ameron's President and Chief Operating Officer. Mueller had been Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technical Services for the Group.

PASADENA, Calif.--Jan 29, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Ameron International Corporation (NYSE: AMN) today reported net income of $58.6 million, or $6.39 per diluted share, in the year ended November 30, 2008, compared to net income of $67.2 million, or $7.40 per diluted share, in the year ended November 30, 2007.
