The factory rented two 4-stroey buildings as workshops and warehouse, of which the #36 building just rented 2F and 3F, the 1F was a another carton factory, and the 4F was empty. The factory didn't provided housing or meal for workers. The factory recorded workers' working time through IC card recording machine, the regular working times was 8 hours per day and 5 days 40 hours per week, there were two shifts for injection workshop, and one shift for other departments. All workers were calculated at month rate system, the minimum wage was updated from RMB2130 to RMB2200 per month since Aug. 2018 which met local legal requirement.
