Current running projects and products in house: - New Projects regarding Electrical Enclosures,Solar Cell Terminal Block Plastic Components, Caps, Tube Connectors, and Optical Components.,etc. - Transfer Projects for some Home Appliance Plastic Parts. - Medical and Automotive parts are introduced in line with our plan. 2. Current Capacity and Capability - Molding Facility: There are molding production floor including one separate 100K class clean room for optical components production, sub-assembly line, tooling maintenance shop and warehouse, total 3500 square meters in house. - IMM: 11 sets Injection Molding Machines ranging from 50T to 800T, with the brands of Netsal, Engel and Haitian. - Tooling/Mould: We have dedicated tooling engineers who follow in depth for the tooling construction, manufacturing processes, and tooling validation/qualification. The toolmakers are qualified and focusing on different industries specifically can match and achieve different customers requirements. - Secondary Process Consolidation: We have good selected and experienced local painting and NCVM/VM suppliers which are also the ones supplying for multi-international companies around the region. - Quality Control: Firstly the calibrated CMM, Smartscope and other metrology equipments in QC Lab ensure correct data be captured promptly for tooling modification and internal quality control use ,but also providing the critical or full dimensions reports to our customers for reference simultaneously .The second is the consecutive quality trainings related to products and system conducted internally and outside lead to better quality awareness and continuous improvement in production. - Program Management: We provide professional and technical program management for all new projects introduction and keep close communication and frequent update to my customers through whole project phases.
