Until now, there are three advanced molding lines in service: Japan Dongjiu Automatic Horizontal Modeling Line, with an inner diameter size at 580mm*610mm of the moulding flask; Weifang Kailong Automatic Static Pressure Horizontal Line, with an inner diameter size at 950mm*1000mm of the moulding flask; Shanghai Hongque Resin Sand Molding Production Line, with an inner diameter size at 2500mm*3000mm of the moulding flask. Additionally, it built material test laboratory, to test the casting's tensile force, metallographic, chemical composition. The weight of each produced casting can range from a few kilograms to hundreds of kilograms to a maximum of several tons. Castings are to meet self-demand, and meanwhile to satisfy different requirements of precision castings for customers.JingHangYu has a machining workshop: equipped with advanced special facilities such as CNC special-purpose lathes and CNC drilling machines. Spray workshop: equipped with three automatic spraying lines. Rubber workshop: equipped with automatic vulcanizing press and automatic laminating machine, the raw material is EPDM original rubber to ensure quality. Assembly workshop: equipped with more than twenty valve pressure test machines, every valve must undergo rigorous pressure test, and a valve flow detection line has been built for precise flow control.
