All our unground carbide is "Toney" treated to insure the highest quality. We do not use tin coating, as we feel it is a inferior process that adds another element of potential failure to the brazing process.
Carbide pretinning done IN HOUSE. We've been brazing for over 50 years now and understand our customers cannot wait several days for pretinned parts. Unlike many of our competitors, our carbide is pretinned in house and can be easily shipped same day.
Our manufacturing and repair facility contains a complete saw, knife and grinding center.
