SWASTIK GROUP of Industries has spread its wings under the able leadership of its founder Shri Ranjitrai H. Rathod in the year 1977 -78.
Being one of the pioneer in Brake Fluid, the company started with manufacture of Brake fluids and supplied the same to many leading Oil Companies as well as to Defence and actual users. Simultaneously carrying out the same for different oil companies. In the year 1984 the group started with manufacture and marketing different Automotive and Industrial Lubricants in the brand name of 'SWASTIK' catering to a wide range of customers and having full range of products to satisfy customer's entire needs.
In the year 1986 -87 the group launched an ambitious project putting up a PetroChemical Plant in Gujarat ( Navsari) which is a backward integration in manufacture of Brake Fluid as the basic raw material required for Brake Fluids i.e. Glycol Ether was to be manufactured in the Plant. Now besides manufacturing raw - materials for Brake fluids the Plant also caters to other industries by manufacturing different chemicals like DEGMEE, EGMEE, EGMME, DEGMME, EGMEE ACETATE, etc.
