IMASPRO CORPORATION BERHAD (ICB) was incorporated on 28 June 2004 as a public company limited by shares in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 as the vehicle to undertake its public flotation exercise. ICB was successfully listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (The Stock Exchange of Malaysia) on 20 January 2006 .

The ICB Group of companies consists of ICB as the investment holding company, 2 direct wholly-owned subsidiaries namely Imaspro Resources Sdn Bhd (IRSB) and Ideal Command Sdn Bhd (ICSB) and 2 sub-subsidiaries Imaspro Biotech Sdn Bhd (IBSB) and Imaspro Resources Incorporated (IRC). Manufacturing and distributing of pesticides and related agrochemicals are the Group's main activities.
