Shengji has established 6 national laboratories:1.PhysicalLab: There exist tests about mechanical properties, hardness, metallographic and polymeric materials of metal materials.2.Chemical Lab: There exists analysis of chemical composition for metal materials.3.Precision Measurement Lab: There exists the inspection of geometric dimension, roughness, shape and position tolerance, as well as the calibration of measuring instruments.4.Thermal Instrumentation Lab: There exists verification and calibration of instruments.5.Wellhead Equipment Testing Lab: Shengji is the designated well control experimental base by Sinopec, and Shengji is able to take all kinds of water pressure and air pressure sealing tests, whose process are controlled by computer. The maximum pressure can reach to 35000psi. This lab owns PR2 valve pressure and temperature cycling device so that PR2 test of wellhead and valve can be done.
