Jiangsu Haiyang Chemical Fibres Co., Ltd which grows out of SINOPEC Nanjing Chemical Industry Group Taizhou Chemical Fibres Company established in 1970. The company is a private enterprise which sets up on August 1, 2006 and one of the earliest manufacturer producing,developing, applying nylon 6 products in China.The company has complete production process and advanced equipments including polymerization, spinning, twisting, weaving and dipping. The production capacity is 95,000 tons per year, among which Nylon 6 dipped tyre cord fabric and Nylon 6 chafer fabric 40,000 tons, Nylon 6 chips 35,000 tons, High- tenacity Nylon 6 yarn and cord 20,000 tons. Furthermore, annual 60,000 tons Nylon 6 chips and 20,000 tons High- tenacity Nylon 6 yarn and cord is in construction. The Nylon 6 tyre cord fabric specifications of the company are most complete in the industry, 50 percent of output is exported. Nylon 6 chips have good appearance and color,strong Spin ability and plasticity ability.
