Green & Natural Sdn Bhd (GNN) has been incorporated in Malaysia under the company's Act 1965 on 30th November 1994 as a private limited company. The group has a current total paid-up capital of MYR 5,050,000 (US$1,629,000)

Our principal business is manufacturing, trading and distribution of green chemicals/compounds. We strive on developing downstream product derivatives businesses for basic commodity manufacturers which we partner. GNN has two subsidiaries, Green Life Agriculture Sdn.Bhd. (GLA) and Green & Natural Industries Sdn. Bhd.(GNI); and one associate company, Derifats Chemicals Sdn. Bhd (DF), joint venture marketing arm of PT Sumi Asih, Indonesia.
