Zhuhai Gree Daikin Precision Mold Co., Ltd. is a Chinese-Japanese precision mold joint venture which is founded by Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. and Japan Daikin Industries Co., Ltd.The company, located in the riverside of Qianshan Mountain in Zhuhai, was established in Mar., 2009 with a floor area of 40,000 square meters. Its registered capital is US$ 57,958,700 dollars in which Gree electric appliances take 51% of the shares and Daikin industries take 49% of the shares. The company mainly deals with the development, production, sales and after-sales service of precision molds and moldings. Now we have around 408 employees, more than 45% of whom own college degree or above.The company chooses the main processing equipment from the two famous brands "Makino" and "Mitsubishi" and strives to realize "equipment management standardization" and "production organization flexibility". In the processing environment of constant temperature and humidity, machining accuracy of 0.01mm can be guaranteed. Recently there are more than 30 machining centers, 18 electric discharge machines, 26 wire cutting machines, over 10 precision surface grinding machines and some other high-precision common processing machine tools in our company.Through the use of P D M, M E S and E R P systems, the company devotes itself to build a "digital factory" which sets design, production and management in one. At present, our company can design over 100 molds per month and process more than 150 molds per month.
