Spare parts are strictly made according to drawing and artwork. According to different material and pressure range, lead free tin soldering, copper brazing, silver soldering or argon-arc TIG welding are applied separately.. Each gauge is tested by 130% pressure for leak and over pressure testing. Precision gauge is recalibrated every time before using. Each gauge is calibrated carefully and accurately and rechecked before final assembling and passes static pressure testing before packing. Each liquid filled gauge is packed in sealed plastic bag to ensure no leaking during shipment. Production serial number is marked on the gauge to keep chasing record. To keep better performance, some bourdon tubes and movements are imported from Germany. The raw material of bimetal sheet is made in Japan and US. Accuracy, quality and consistence is always kept with stable production artwork. Advanced and modern production and testing equipment including CNC machine, micro-adjustable argon arc welding machine, laser welding machine, high accuracy dead weight tester and test thermometer certified by national laboratory.
