GIS is established jointly by Beijing Jingcheng Mechanical & Electrical Holding Co., Ltd. and ILB International Logistikbertriebe AG (Hereinafter called ILB). The investment of GIS is 150 million RMB with registered capital of 61.5 million RMB. GIS has realized a rapid development and achieved a turnover of 1.1 milliard RMB in 2007. GIS has adopted the marketing network from the former Beijing Machinery & Equipment I/E Corp. & Beijing Zhongduxing Material Supply Corp., and imported logistical operating and managing method from ILB.
