Our group was founded by Mr H R Jajodia in early sixties. He migrated from a flourishing cycle and spare parts marketing business to set up a factory for manufacturing first time in India Phthalate plasticizers and various chemical esters. Later on he was joined in his efforts by his elder son Mr P K Jajodia who helped advanced the company business interests further.

It was after the younger son Mr R. K. Jajodia joined the business, the group diversified in the manufacture, import, export and trade of various types of organic and inorganic pigments. The group has thereafter never looked backwards. The group further went on to set up a very modern unit of Cashew nut shell liquid resin (CNSL) manufacturing unit. In the early nineties, the group forward integrated its operations to the manufacture of water based coatings which was hitherto a business dominated by large scale players only.
