It covers 4 hectares in Shaoxing city Keqiao Industrial Zone and has built up a standard workshop of 80,000 m2. It has amount of equipments from Germany, Switzerland, Japan and other developed countries. The company is only 1 Kilometer away from Zhejiang Expressway, 15 Kilometers away from Xiaoshan International Airport and 90 Kilometers away from Ningbo Port. The Company is specialized in R&D, manufacture, sale and trade of top-grade LED lamps both at home and abroad. Dot Lighting has a close cooperation with global lighting giants like OSRAM and Philips. Particularly, we are honored to be the global strategic partner of OSRAM. Dot Lighting, relying on its foresight, has developed various professional LED lamps, including LED downlight, LED Spotlight, LED bulb, light panel, slim box, LED tube, working light, water-proof lamp, explosion-proof lamp, tunnel lamp, underground lamp, Flood light, LED module and power supply, as well as optical lens. The products have been exporting to America, Europe, and Asia like USA, Canada, Germany, France, Japan, Korea and other countries.R&DAs a national hi-tech enterprise, Dot Lighting persists in carrying on the development of scientific research and independent innovation. The Company has set up branches of R&D in Hong Kong and Dongguan with the investment in R&D accounting for over 6% of its sales volume annually. We have gathered a large group of technicians specialized in electronics, mechanics, structure, optics, heat conduction, materials science, and modeling, thus boost strong capacity in R&D, inspection and test, as well as experiment. We have already had over 50 proprietary intellectual property rights. Our engineers have more than 10years' experience in average. Until now, we have already had over 50 proprietary intellectual property rights.ManufactureWe have the advanced equipment for manufacture and the complete processing capacity from mould making, high precision injection, Class 100,000 Clean Room to SMT and PCB process, assembly, and packing, among which, mould development and manufacture, injection, and surface treatment are our core competitiveness. Dotlighting's mould development has the most advanced CNC precision high-speed machining center. We have own SMT machine and clean room, over 10 assembly lines with QC to ensure quality. Also, we packed by ourselves with blister equipments so that we can control cost and manufacture efficiently. Each worker considers the products as their life.
